hatha and Vinyasa Hatha yoga is a slower paced yoga class that focuses on the connection between movement and breath flow. This class is great for beginners who would like to ease into yoga and also for advanced practitioners. This class will encourage all students to focus on aligning their breath with every movement, bringing focused intention to each pose
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic class filled with movement and breath work. Often seen as a more advanced class, vinyasa yoga will challenge you both physically and mentally. Beginners need not be worried about attending a vinyasa class. There will always be modifications offered for more challenging poses to make yogis at all levels feel comfortable.
